  • AFSCME Family Scholarship

    Scholarship Opening Date:  August 1, 2007

    We are pleased to announce the AFSCME Family Scholarship Program for the year 2008 for children of AFSCME members. Each year the AFSCME Family Scholarship Program provides
    at least thirteen (13) scholarships of $2,000 each.

    Applications can also be downloaded from the AFSCME website at https://www.afscme.org.  Completed applications for the 2008 scholarship must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2007.  Scholarship recipients are chosen by a Scholarship Selection Committee comprised of a distinguished labor educators, from both academic and union backgrounds.  The decisions of the selection committee are final.
     
         The winners will be announced on March 31, 2008
